Failure to notify of scratchings within 72 hours of the event will forfeit entire entry fee. Events paid out 1st to 5th place. Committee paying out on the day. Committee reserves the right to refuse any nomination for any event and alter the program. Committee NOT allowing changes to the draw on the day. Committee not GST registered. All prize money paid is inclusive of GST where applicable. All levies are included in entry fee, $10 stock levy, $1.50 trophy levee, $2.50 first aid levy, $1.10 cattle reserve fund levy. Under 18's & encouragement riders must wear helmet when mounted and competing. Junior competitors can nly compete in draft or cutout not both.
