Australia's most outrageous art tour returns to Brewarrina. The Bald Archy is back!

What is it?

The Bald Archy Art Prize, which is renowned for it's comedic take on the traditional Archibald Art competition, features works of wit, humour and artistic skill. It offers a platform for artists to creatively express their perspectives on public figures, personalities and contemporary issues.

This year's finalists feature portraits of well-known Australian personalities including; Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, Penrith Panthers sensation Nathan Cleary, Olympic breakdancing star Raygun, wildlife warrior Robert Irwin and more.

Opening Night

The exhibition will officially open on Thursday June 12, 2025, at the Brewarrina Visitor Information Centre with a special event celebrating it's arrival. Tickets are $20, which includes entry to the exhibition, drinks, canapes and live music. You can purchase tickets at the door.
