This spring, Dalgarno Street in Coonabarabran will burst into life as Warrumbungle Bloomfest 2025 transforms the town centre into a vibrant festival of colour, art, music, and community connection.

As the sun sets, the night will light up with a spectacular projection light show, turning buildings and spaces into luminous canvases beneath the starry Warrumbungle skies.
Free, inclusive, and family-friendly, Bloomfest invites everyone to come together and celebrate the Warrumbungle Shire in full bloom.

Bloomfest brings together local flavours and handmade creations.
Food highlights include: tacos, Thai stir fry, BBQ steak and sausages, pulled pork rolls, gelato, donuts, cookies, coffee, and more from local cafés, hotels, and community groups.
Markets and stalls include:Â handmade gifts and jewellery, plants, art, books, community groups, and local produce. Perfect for browsing while you enjoy the festival atmosphere.
As dusk falls, Dalgarno Street will light up with a spectacular projection show, transforming one of the town’s landmark buildings into a luminous canvas. Adding to the magic, SPACE will also feature artworks projected in their window, creating an extra splash of colour and creativity for festival-goers to enjoy under the Warrumbungle night sky.
Bloomfest reflects the heart of Warrumbungle Shire, a place where nature, dark skies, creativity, and community come together.
The event is part of the NSW Government’s Vibrant Streets Package through the Open Streets Program, activating Dalgarno Street as a safe, walkable, and lively space for people to connect and celebrate.
By day, the region is alive with spring wildflowers across the Warrumbungles and the Pilliga. By night, the Dark Sky Park provides the perfect celestial backdrop for a celebration of art, light, and local culture.
