Why Bloomfest?

Bloomfest reflects the heart of Warrumbungle Shire, a place where nature, dark skies, creativity, and community come together.

The event is part of the NSW Government’s Vibrant Streets Package through the Open Streets Program, activating Dalgarno Street as a safe, walkable, and lively space for people to connect and celebrate.

By day, the region is alive with spring wildflowers across the Warrumbungles and the Pilliga. By night, the Dark Sky Park provides the perfect celestial backdrop for a celebration of art, light, and local culture.

Warrumbungle Bloomfest is proudly funded by the NSW Government’s Open Streets Program, led by Transport for NSW.
