Bourke & District Children’s Services (BDCS), in partnership with the NSW Government, invites qualified builders and construction companies to submit a formal expression of interest for the construction of a new Early Childhood Education / Preschool Building in YANMALI.

The project is funded under the Western NSW Workforce Activation Program (WWAP) and will deliver 20 additional licensed childcare places.

BDCS is committed to supporting local and regional contractors and encourages Aboriginal-owned businesses and social enterprises to apply.

Interested parties must:

• Demonstrate relevant experience and past performance to undertake the scope of works

• Hold all necessary licences, insurances, and accreditations applicable to the project

• Not be subject to any current or prior findings of unlawful conduct, including workplace breaches or community-related offences

• Proven compliance with all applicable legislative, regulatory, and safety standards

• Have a current or obtain a ‘paid’ WWCC (Working With Children Check)
