We stock organic & whole food non perishable foods - foods without preservatives or additives.

In addition, a personal care line & econ friendly household cleaning products also feature in our store.

Lois came up with the idea after a seminar she attended a number of years ago, the speaker "just made sense" and I became committed to improving my health & the health of my family.

The idea soon grew that I could also support those in our community and beyond, who want to improve their health & the health of the planet. The good food basket was then born.
