Baradine Preschool is seeking an Administrative Officer to join their team. The successful applicant will be employed for 1 day per week and work closely with the Director.

Essential Criteria:
-current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
-fully vaccinated for Covid-19
-previous experience in a similar administration role
-excellent knowledge of Xero
-great communication skills
Responsibilities:
-maintaining the services budget
-maintenance of financial records
-Reconciliation of credit cards and accounts
-creating invoices
-payroll
-preparing financial reports for Management
-ordering resources
