If so, this full time, permanent Labourer Water Operations position is just what you need. Come and join the team at Bogan Shire Council.

In this position you will report directly to the Senior Water and Waste Water Operator and play a key role in assisting with the safe and efficient operation of the Water and Sewerage systems. You’ll also carry out mechanical maintenance and repair of plant and infrastructure (drainage, water supply, and sewerage) and equipment items used in various Council operations as well as chemical sampling and testing/dosage calculations.

Salary Benefits

·     Remuneration at Grade 2 of Council’s salary system ($906.25 - $1035.70 per week) depending on qualifications and experience

·     Adverse Working Conditions Allowance currently $45.10 per week

·     10.5% superannuation

·     38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight

·     4 weeks’ annual leave

·     Sick, Carers and other leave as per the Local Government (State) Award

·     Salary sacrificed childcare at the Bogan Shire Early Learning Centre

·     Council paid continuing professional development
