Join Bogan Shire to lead and manage our Human Resources services as part of a friendly and supportive team, delivering payroll, recruitment, learning and development and workplace health and safety. You will also work closely with the Director People and Community Services and direct reports to carry out performance management, workforce planning and industrial relations and develop HR strategies and plans.

 

You will play a key role as part of our HR team in supporting a strong organisational culture, bringing together individual and organisational needs and values such as working together with integrity, taking pride in our community and providing responsive customer service. 

Salary Benefits

·        Remuneration at Grade 8 of Council’s salary system ($2046.76 - $2369.40 / week) depending on qualifications and experience.
