We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and highly motivated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who understands the importance of our philosophy and will enable our children to experience play based learning in a safe and inclusive environment.

In this role you will provide a high-quality educational program for the 3-5 year room, help to lead, guide and support children’s services staff, specifically Room Leaders to develop educational programs and have a great attitude and exceptional time management skills.

You will be able to form positive and nurturing relationships with children, ensuring the environment is safe, supportive, stimulating and educational, developing and fostering curiosity, exploration and problem solving and ensuring each child has a sense of belonging.

Conditions

Hours of work are 35 hours per week, as per rotating roster between the hours of 6.45am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary Benefits

Remuneration at Grade 7 of Council’s salary system ($1,765.40 - $2,042.47 per week)
