If this sounds like you, Council currently has a fantastic opportunity to join their Children Services Team at the Early Learning Centre.

The NSW Government now has fee-free training places available for the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. So, if you are interested in gaining your qualification in childcare, now is the time to do so – get paid while you work towards your free qualification!

To be successful in this role you will have experience working with children, be self-motivated with a willingness to contribute to a team environment and provide a high-quality service to the families, children and visitors of Bogan Shire.

This position will assist with implementing daily routines by preparing and conducting activities for children, maintaining ongoing records of children’s development, forming positive and nurturing relationships with children, ensuring the environment is safe, supportive, stimulating and educational. You will develop and foster curiosity, exploration and problem solving and ensure each child has a sense of belonging.

Salary Benefits

• Remuneration at Grade 3 of Council’s salary system ($29.59 - $32.04 / hour)
