To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with children, be self-motivated with a willingness to contribute to a team environment, and provide a high quality service to the families, children, and visitors of Bogan Shire.
This position will assist with implementing daily routines by preparing and conducting activities for children, maintaining ongoing records of children’s development, forming positive and nurturing relationships with children, ensuring the environment is safe, supportive, stimulating, and educational. You will develop and foster curiosity, exploration and problem solving and ensure each child has a sense of belonging.
Conditions
• Permanent full time - 35 hours per week.
• Permanent part time - 21 hours per week
Salary Benefits
• Remuneration at Grade 3 of Council’s salary system ($29.59 - $32.04 per hour)
