In this position you will report directly to the Development and Environment Officer. You will have relevant demonstrated experience and tertiary qualifications in horticulture or landscaping, with sound knowledge of lawn care, garden bed and plant maintenance.

Nyngan’s attractive parks are well-utilised by visitors and locals alike. You will be required to complete regular maintenance and improvement works of Council’s streetscapes, greenscapes and gardens, ensuring they are well maintained, renewed, and preserved to ensure high standard public amenity for our community and visitors. 

Salary Range: Grade 4 of Council’s salary system ($1,121.56 – 1,298.37 / week) depending on qualifications and experience.
