Essential Criteria:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, along with a relevant teaching or Diploma qualification/ and current teaching registration.

• Current Working with Children Check.

• Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership position in an Early Childhood Service, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team of educators.
