This exciting new position is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. This includes developing new strategies to ensure each customer’s experience is professional, efficient and at the highest standard. The position also is responsible for Council’s record management systems.

 

Ideally the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in customer service and organisational skills, with an eye for detail. Experience with record management is preferred but not essential. Qualifications in Business Administration, Records Management or equivalent, will be highly regarded. This position would be suitable for those with extensive practical experience.
