This exciting position is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service. This includes developing new strategies to ensure each customer’s experience is professional, efficient and of the highest standard. The position also is responsible for Council’s record management systems.

The successful applicant will bring strong customer service and organisational skills, with an eye for detail and drive to achieve excellence. Experience with record management is preferred but not essential.
