The Role: Koonambil is seeking caring and organised Hotel Services Support Employees to provide quality cleaning and laundry services for our residents

We have permanent part time, casual and trainee ship positions available.

About you

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people
• Full immunisation status for COVID 19 and influenza
• 100 point ID for Current Aged Care Worker National Police Check
• Current First aid certificate
• Effective communication Previous residential aged care experience will be highly regarded
• Effective organisational and time management skills
• Focused on resident centred services that provide high qualityencourages the right interactions with residents to find their strengths and understand their goals.
• Demonstrates a willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with safety policies and procedures.

About the Role Responsibilities

• Attends to all cleaning & laundry services as documented in the cleaning & laundry schedules and work plans
• Maintains records of completion of cleaning schedule duties
• Bathrooms are scrubbed
• Mopping and vacuuming floors, damp dusting, waste management, restocking of supplies
• Laundry practices as required
• Reports any changes in resident’s by observation to RN on duty, Care Manager and takes instructions from the RN, Care Manager as given
• Participates in the infection control program
• Traineeships are available for
• Contributes to a safe environment when undertaking dutie.s
• Eagerness to provide high quality and safe residential aged Care
