Site Manager | Qube Agri - Coonamble

We have a position available as Site Manager at our Coonamble grain handling facility.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Coonamble Site Manager is responsible for managing site operations including Risk Management, Plant Efficiency, People Management, Operator Maintenance and Financial Performance.

The successful applicant will be required to work closely with staff and growers to effectively coordinate day to day activities of our grain receival site.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations in accordance with policies and procedures with a keen focus on Safety, Hygiene and People Engagement & Management

• Monitor production outcomes, including the identification of areas for improvement

• Assist with the development of operational plans and manage execution at site level

• Personnel management including hiring, rosters, performance and disciplinary
