Qualifications & experience

• Must have an RSA and be 18+ years old.

• Previous supervision level role.

• Experience in cash handling & balancing.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ordering all Bar stock.

• Providing bar service.

• Cleaning beer lines and associated cleaning.

• Stocking fridges and shelves.

• Assisting with hotel bookings, answering hotel phone when on duty.

• Assist with rostering and staff management where required.

• Opening and closing of the hotel when required.

• Responsible for all end of day duties including balancing tills.

• Responsible for managing liquor license requirements.

• Supervision/Training of other staff members.

• Maintaining accommodation bookings/charges when on duty.

• Ensuring weekly promotions are run correctly and staff are aware of duties involved.

• Delegating duties to staff members to ensure the bar is run efficiently & effectively.
