Council invites applications for the position of Administrative Officer (Records). This fulltime permanent position will be responsible in the provision of quality customer service, filing and distribution of electronic files, front office reception, receipting and general administration. The position will also provide support to the Information Services Coordinator as directed.

The successful applicant should possess a Certificate III in business or 2 years relevant work experience, have excellent customer service skills, organisational skills, attention to detail, developed computer literacy and a class C drivers licence.

Remuneration is subject to qualifications and competencies as identified in the position description; Grade 3 Range - $56,854.00 - $69,447.00 per annum.
