Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Services this permanent full time position is responsible for providing minor building and maintenance services for Council owned and managed assets. 

The successful applicant will hold a trade qualification or relevant experience, WHS card, be able to work independently with attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills and a Class C drivers licence.

Remuneration subject to qualifications and competencies as identified in the position description - Grade 4 range $61,654.00 - 75,245.00 per annum.
