Applications are invited for the full time permanent position of Property Officer within Council’s Corporate Services Department. The successful applicant’s duties will include administration and overseeing maintenance projects for Council owned properties and facilities in line with Council’s policies and procedures.

The successful applicant should possess a certificate III in Business Administration or relevant field, experience in asset management, excellent customer service and organisational skills and an Australian Class C Drivers licence.

Remuneration Grade 4 range $60,445.00 - $73,769.00 subject to qualifications and competencies as identified in the position description.
