Council is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to work within the team and lead by doing.
Reporting to the Manager Urban Services, you will coordinate and manage staff and resources engaged in infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure the safe, efficient and effective execution of works and maintain accurate documentation of works using the Council's corporate systems.
This role promotes team collaboration and compliance with workplace health and safety requirements; acts as a liaison between crew members and supervisors; reports issues; and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
