Detectives are appealing for information following two break-ins at Narromine on 1 July.

Police say an Isuzu light rigid truck carrying power and concreting tools was allegedly stolen from a Dubbo construction site at around 12:30am on Tuesday 1 July.

They say the truck was then allegedly used in a break and entre at a business at McGrane Way in Narromine at 3:35am.

"Power tools, cash, drinks and a battery charger was stolen," a police spokesperson said.

The truck was also allegedly used at about 4:30am during an attempted break-in at another business on Craigie Lea Lane in Narromine.

Emergency services were then called to a truck fire on Dubbo's Budden Road at about 8:30am.

"As inquiries continue, anyone with information or has dashcam footage in these locations between 12:30am and 8:30am on Tuesday 1 July 2025, is urged to contact Dubbo Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000," the spokesperson said.
