A 21-year-old male driver lost control of a black Mitsubishi utility vehicle on the Gulargambone Road in Quambone on 31 October around 4 pm. 

The car came off the road and stopped in a bush area. 

Emergency services tend to the injuries of the passengers and driver.

The driver and 15-year-old male passenger were taken to Dubbo Base Hospital for further treatment while another 22-year-old male passenger was taken to Royal North Shore Hospital. 

There were no other vehicles involved in the crash. 

The driver was subjected to a roadside breath test which came out negative.
