She built her first website in 2004, launched her first fully online business in 2011 and was the first in the area to put a property on Air BnB - all from her home in Lighting Ridge.
She has spent years helping other regional businesses to bloom, wherever they are - and serial entrepreneur Rebel Black is now sharing her learnings with local businesses in our area.
But you'll have to hurry. One webinar will run this evening Tuesday 27 June from 5-6pm and a face-to-face workshop is being held in Coonamble on Thursday 29 June from 10am to 12noon.
"I've always been at the leading edge of embracing technology and keen to explore how it can work for our region and the impact on business owners," said Rebel.
"One of the things I love about the internet and the digital jungle is that it does give us choice in communities where choice is becoming less available in brick and mortar and human resources."
Small businesses around the region are being invited to participate in the webinars and workshop, funded ahead of the end of financial year as part of the Federal Government's Digital Solutions program.
The two hour workshop is aimed at small business owners from any background who want to thrive in the digital world - or who are just looking at better ways to do business.
The workshop will cover Rebel's 'Four Pillars' - Online Presence & eCommerce, Social Media & Digital Marketing, Cyber Safety & Digital Security, and Tools & Small Business Software for Business Efficiency.
"These digital solutions programs can get you ready for a crisis you don't know will happen," Rebel said. "I'd love to see businesses who are at the beginning of their digital journey, they might have a website or dabbled in the digital space. Plus it's for businesses who just never get around to it."

She says that businesses she worked with prior to covid found they were better equipped to "pivot and adjust" because they were already using online tools and technology.
"The options have just exploded since then," said Rebel.
The workshop is designed for those wanting to grow their tech skills and online confidence by learning how to navigate in the digital space.
"It will help people map out their own digital roadmap," she said. "Attendees will be equipped with all the essential tech tools they need to unlock their digital success and start their digital journey."
Participants will pay $45 plus GST, an investment in their business providing three years of access to personalised advise for business needs, education and workshops.
