Narromine crash leaves teenager in a serious conditionP plate driver injured in Narromine accident.

A single vehicle crash outside of Narromine yesterday afternoon has left a 17-year old woman in a serious condition.


Emergency services were called to the scene on Haberworth Road at 3:10pm yesterday (Thursday 16 September) following reports that a silver Mitsubishi Triton had crashed.


The 17-year old P2 (green P Plate) driver was treated on the scene before being airlifted to Westmead Children's Hospital by Care Flight for further treatment.


Police have been informed the vehicle crossed onto the wrong side of the road and rolled, ejecting the driver from her seat.


Two female passengers aged 16 and 17 were also in the car and were treated for minor injuries at Dubbo Base Hospital.


An investigation has been commenced into the crime scene by officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District and the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit, with the vehicle towed for forensic examination.
