The Narromine Gorillas have booked in a double home grand final next week after their second grade took down the Dubbo Rhinos 40 to 26 last Saturday.
Â
The matchup in Mudgee was relatively one-sided, with the Rhinos making the scoreline look respectable after two late tries.
Â
The Gorillas had no trouble finding the try line, with Sam Tuck grabbing a double, Jack Hayes, and Jack Bell scoring as well.
Â
Captain Ben Peters led from the front, scoring a double as well.
Â
The win now means they will face the Mudgee Wombats in Narromine next week for the New Holland Second Grade premiership.
The same matchup will be taking place in first grade after the Wombats took down the Parkes Boars 68-14 in a dominant display, and will be fired up to knock off the undefeated Gorillas.
Â
In the Women's 10s competition, the Parkes Boars took down the Molong Magpies 55 to 5 and will now meet Mudgee, who have all three grades in the grand final.
