If your possessions go missing may they only be lost 

May you be safe in your home so you feel like the boss 

May our politicians behave well this election year 

And may they be ever mindful of the people living out here 

May the weather be kind and let us get on with our lives

May we all come together so our western towns thrive

May the news be more newsy and not cause you distress

May the funerals be few and the hatchings be more 

May all your family members remember what families are for
