Oxley teen evacuated to Dubbo after arm injury The teen suffered arm injuries and was evacuated via Westpac Rescue Helicopter to Dubbo Base Hospital.

Yesterday (Wednesday 16 July), ambulance crews got on the scene just after 2:30pm to respond to an incident at Oxley, west of Coonamble.


The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance to transport a person injured in an accident.



A boy in in his teens was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and the helicopter’s critical care medical team for arm injuries before being transported to Dubbo Base Hospital.


A police spokesperson advised they could not comment on the potential causes of the crash at this point in time.
