A substantial police operation is currently underway in Nyngan, with local traffic being asked not to stop along Mitchell Highway and Nymagee Street within the township.

Shortly before 7am this morning (Thursday 2 June), police attended two homes on the Mitchell Highway and Cathundril Street, Nyngan where they are currently conducting operations.
