Coonamble Shire Council has begun the process of cleaning the sewage gravity mains across Coonamble, with work expected to continue until Friday, 26 July 2024.

During this process, residents and business owners may hear minor turbulence within their internal waste plumbing.

It is recommended that toilet lids be kept closed and a small weight be placed on them while this operation is carried out.

Council acknowledges that this work may cause some inconvenience. It will make every attempt to minimise disruptions.
