A 20-year-old woman has become the third person arrest over an alleged break and enter in Mendooran in December 2024.

 

Police say detectives with Strike Force Compartment arrested her on Dubbo's Boothenba Road at around 11:10am on Monday 7 July.

 

She was taken to Dubbo Police Station, where she was charged with an aggravated break, enter and steal offence at a rural property.


 

She was granted conditional bail to appear at Mudgee Local Court on Wednesday 30 July 2025.

 

Police say 13 firearms were stolen from the property during the alleged break-in on the Castlereagh Highway.

 

Two men, a 29 and 31-year-old, were also arrested in June.

 

Police arrested the 29-year-old in Merrygoen on Friday 13 July, and the other man in Dubbo's North street.

 

Strike Force Compartment was established in December 2024 in investigate break and entre offences in the Orana Mid-Western area.
