A fire at the Brewarrina Police Station broke out Wednesday, 5 March, around 7:10 am. 

 

Emergency services were called to the scene after reports of smoke coming out of the building. 


 

Fire and Rescue NSW attended and worked to extinguish the blaze which caused fire, smoke, and heat damage. 

 

There's been no reports of injuries. 

 

Investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing; however, early indications show that it may have been electrical.
