Grain handlers with the Australian Workers' Union (AWU) have accepted a deal with GrainCorp for a 14 per cent pay rise over three years.
The union says 90 per cent of members opted for the deal over 24 hours of voting from 6am on Monday 18 November.
The first pay rise of six per cent will be backdated to 1 July 2024.
The second, also six per cent , will kick in on 1 July 2025 before a final increase of two per cent will arrive in pay packets on 1 July 2026.
"We are pleased that NSW employees have voted in favour of their Enterprise Agreement. This outcome reflects our commitment to providing a fair, competitive and supportive workplace for our valued team members," a GrainCorp spokesperson said.
Workers will also receive a $1250 sign-on bonus.

The vote comes after union members began industrial action last month at Grain Corp receival sites, which the union says included in Gulargambone and Baradine.
“Grain handlers backed each other, stood shoulder to shoulder and now they’ve had a great result, they’re stoked,” said Ron Cowdrey, Australian Workers’ Union NSW Assistant Branch Secretary.
“Our members can now focus fully on getting in the winter harvest."
