UPDATE: Missing Lismore woman found

UPDATE: Missing Lismore Woman Samantha Ford was found today Thursday 22 May, since this story was published.


Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a Lismore woman who may have travelled to the Cobar, Bourke or Broken Hill areas.



Thirty-three-year-old Samantha Ford was last seen in Lismore on Friday 16 May.

 

When she could not be located or contacted, officers from Richmond Police District were notified and began inquiries into her whereabouts.

 


"There are concerns for Samantha's welfare as her disappearance is out of character," a police spokesperson said.

 

"Samantha is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of thin build, with brown hair and blue eyes.

 

"She is known to frequent the Lismore and surrounding area; however, may have travelled to the Cobar, Bourke and Broken Hill areas."

 

Police say she was last seen driving a grey 2012 Nissan X-Trail with QLD registration 612TUB.
