Police say the charged will face court later today 12 DecemberAn alleged Cobar methylamphetamine dealer was arrested yesterday and will face 11 counts of drug supply related charges today, 12 December.

A 47-year-old man will face Court following an investigation that began in September into the alleged ongoing supply of prohibited drugs.

Around 11.30am yesterday Thursday 11 December, detectives executed a search warrant at a house at Yarran Circle, Cobar, and arrested the man.

During the search warrant, police seized a mobile phone, scales and other items which police will allege in Court to be used in the supply of prohibited drugs.

The man was taken to Cobar Police Station where he was charged with 11 offences, including 9 counts of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis, one count of recklessly deal with proceeds of crime and one count of supply prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.

He was refused bail to appear before Bail Division Court 4 later today Friday 12 December.
