Jockey Clayton Gallagher is looking to back up his double at Narromine last time with more wins at the same race track on Tuesday 2 December.


His rides begin with 5-year-old locally trained mare Bindaree Lass for Narromine’s Kylie Kennedy in the 1300 metres Maiden.


The bay mare was a close up second in here last campaign on the track and has the ideal barrier.



Gallagher will then ride Kirk in the Allan Lloyd Memorial 1600m.


The 4-year-old bay gelding is in peak form winning three weeks ago at Forbes and bookmakers have him favourite at $3.50.


Shadow Dane is considered his main rival winning two of his last three starts.


In Race 6 the Benchmark Handicap 1300m Gallagher will pilot mare Simply Better for Mudgee’s David Smith.


The horse performs well on the Narromine track and bookmakers are keeping her safe at $7.50.


Gallagher has the favourite Supreme Style in the final race.


She is a speedy mare but has to contend with the outside barrier in the 1200m Class 1 Handicap.


Race club secretary Tristan Penson says the day pays tribute to loved local Allan Lloyd who was involved with Narromine Racing, locals tennis and bowls in the community and his horse won the Narromine Cup in 1995.
